- Dealing with a wide range of OEM products & services and providing accurate commercials back to the client within the agreed timeline.
- Responsible for sales activities for RFP/RFI/ RFQs of HPI products & services(FMS service, AMC, Laptop, Desktops, Printers, and workstations) received from customers & responded through tailored product demonstrations & proposals.
- Maintaining healthy co-ordination with customers and various service providers for the delivery of new & upgraded products.
- Understanding the customer’s requirement and co-ordinate closely to field sales to create a compelling solution.
- Effective time management to ensure link delivery to customers within TAT.
- Daily communication with the HP Account managers for prices & stock reports.
- Generating Request for Quotation (RFQs) after thorough discussion with the client.
- Experience in communicating with suppliers/ distributors negotiating with them, issues purchase orders.
- Vendor selection and new vendor development and follow-up with them till the work is completed.
